I was up early today, Tuesday, and checked online. It's 65 degrees with clear weather. Chiloso opens at 6. Great, I'll get breakfast. Get there at 7:05, doors are locked. Verify hours on the door. They open at 6. Left disappointed. Not worth the drive or money if the customers aren't worth following your hours of operation

They do not know how to read orders. Totally messed up two nachos orders that got delivered to us to the point ended up straight in the trash as allergies could kill. They mix and matched the nachos and left other items off totally. Glad I had 66.00 dollar delivery that ended in pbandj love throwing money away. Will never order from again. Deplorable service. I was so happy when I saw that I wouldn’t have to drive to Rockwall to buy delicious food. Absolutely disgraceful service by the Togo lady named Jiniba. Disappointed ownership allows customers to be treated as she treats folks and she flat out justifies it knowing there will be no one to deliver consequences. We went around 4 pm, they were slow with plenty of room. The nachos were good, and the service, of course, was good. I don't care for walk through lines to order, but as long as the food stays good, I will go back. Don't get me wrong I like the food, but the prices are like going to a sit down restaurant. The OMG's and the build your own bowls are my go to meals. Their breakfast tacos are also good. I just feel that if I'm spending $60 for three people to eat, I shouldn't have to go through a line to order my food and get my own drink. I use to love the fish tacos, but if I read the menu right, almost $7 for one taco doesn't seem like a good deal to me. Trendy location, based on the line we thought it would be more flavorful and memorable. Breakfast tacos we ordered were just okay, more on the greasy side. The staff were nice, facilities were trendy and aesthetically on key. As a side note the jalapeño ranch was the best item I had. Visiting out of town & we stopped here. I ordered the seared ancho chicken bowl & the blackened grill salmon bowl. Soo delicious. Everything was fresh & authentic. The portions are huge. Though the lines are long, the service is quick! Employees are very patient & hospitable Food: 5 Service: 5

The place is always busy, so you know it's good. Had the loaded nachos and the chicken taquitos. Their white sauce is kicking, as is their salsa and Pico. The rice could be a bit more moist than crunchy, but pair it all with a few margaritas and you're good. Recommend the blackberry frozen. I didn't buy it since I do not like to overpay for overpriced basic food. But it seems to be the thing now right, people love to over pay for food because it makes them feel better about their purchase I guess. But 2 eggs, a couple of table spoons worth of meat for $15? I am glad I didn't buy it my self because I would never waste my money like that. I could have cooked this my self in 15 minutes for $4 at home and fed a family of 5 for $20. This was pretty good! Food wasn't as hot since they just opened but I went and asked if it can be warmed up and they replaced it. Brought me quesadillas nice and hot and they put extra meat and cheese for my daughter. It's a little packed cuz they just opened but the line goes quick.
