After telling the girl bar tender with the red hair I wanted to order a to go order. She ignored me. I had ordered a beer she brought it and quickly turned and never came back to ask what I wanted to order. She was very rude when I asked to pay for the beer. I enjoy the other employees there and the food. Nor sure I'll return. Price per person $50–100 Service: 1

Today me and my friend had probably the BEST experience at this location. We got there as soon as they opened and it got busy QUICK. We thought for sure everything would take a long time cuz they just opened and got a rush but nope. Katie, our waitress was AMAZING. even Nathan who brought our food out was great. We were sharing our salad and they brought it out already separated and the portions were legit a full sized salad. All of the food was great, service was fast and great. I have eaten here and have had several meals delivered to me, and they are always excellent. The food is always full of favor and always warm. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in the mood for Tex-Mex. Unfortunately, had my first time at this place and was not good at all. #1, was cold in building. #2, had to wait to be seated when no one else waiting or being seated, hostess/manager too busy talking to others. #3, music so loud we couldn't hear each other or server. #4, manager/hottest dragged chairs across floor rather than picking them making noise like fingernails on a chalkboard. #5, got one order of 2 then 5mins later the 2nd order rather than together. #6, both orders were not cooked to our orders, both were to be well done but, were medium rare. #7, had to flag down our server to inform her of our concerns/complaints before we walked out without eating. The only good thing was our server, very nice girl. She was apolgetic. Mostly not her fault. She lost out on a nice tip do to others who obviously don't care. I don't recommend this place/restaurant. I have ordered the same thing the last 3 times I've been there (salad). The first time it was smaller than a side salad. The second time it was great. I got the same thing on Christmas Eve and it was horrible. The right size but I think they dumped a whole bottle of cayenne pepper on it. Usually this chilis is good, but my husband and I stopped by for a quick drink and appetizer yesterday, and we were basically ignored by staff. There were 2 male waiters who walked by and just looked at us, after about 10 minutes one of them stopped and took our order, looking annoyed the whole time. The other guy made our drinks and sat them at the bar, we were at a table close by. Our waiter and the other guy never brought the drinks to our table. I sat there as they both walked by the drinks several times and finally I got up and walked over and got them myself. We paid and left. So disappointed in their service yesterday.
