I have visited the Mt Dora location 2 times in the last 2 weeks. Both times using the curbside pick up and Both times were a disaster. Last week, I sat in my car 20 minutes past the pickup time and they messed up my order. Tonight I waited about 25 minutes. 2 other cars came and parked they waited awhile and then went in to pick up their orders. I decided to head into the pickup area to ask about my order. The girl working was walking my food out at the same time. I asked if it was in #5 where I was, and she said"YEP" I started to tell her this was the end time this had happened when she proceeded to tell me how busy they were and that she didn't know what to tell me.
I was shocked by her response. As she walked away she continued talking under her breath.
I can understand people being busy, maybe adjust your wait times when busy, you have our phone number and email let us know or at least have good customer service and be nice and people would be more understanding. Just a thought. She was so rude and because of her and my last 2 experiences, I absolutely will NOT be back. I'll spend my $50-$100 elsewhere.

I’ll never come back to this chilis location again truly it was a waste of money. It’s overpriced for disgusting food. I ordered simple things and they still didn’t get the order right. Food wasn’t even cooked all the way through I’m just truly upset I wasted my money when right across the street was the Ale house and the quality of there food was much better.. please don’t waste your money here or time because it’s truly not worth it I looked at the reviews and their lying if they tell you anything otherwise. I was hungry when I ordered then I get the food and loose my appetite is just gawn that’s the quality its like the people behind that cook aren’t even trying never again will you get my money!

The Mount Dora Chilli's is always good. Very consistent food with good service. It's chain bar food. Nothing wildly impressive. But you can get a good burger and steak for a reasonable price. Service was good and the food came out fast.

Two To go orders in 60 days and both had missing items. Salad dressing both times, full missing side items and toppings on salads, and friend chicken vs grilled. Won’t order from this location again.

The server was great and helped accommodate as best as could. Haven't been to one in years so didn't know what to expect. Large menus, mostly all still typical fried bar food. Four dollar side but yummy corn on the cob and seasonal asparagus. So dark inside, couldn't read menus and sort of loud. W might try it again.

Our experience was not good at all. Waited 30 mins for a table for... food came out cold ,wrong and missing drinks and food! The place was not busy at all. One server had a party maybe a 10 top that was done and visiting. Our server had 2 -5 tops and 3 -2 tops. Been in the business so I understand when you are in the weeds, this was hardly the problem. When they corrected one of the food plates missing they only took off one drink for a child. The two dishes should have been comped as well as the drinks missing. We still tipped because I cannot do that in good conscience. The stars are for the hostess and one food runner.
