Carlos the boy who attended us was kind, but it was so packed with too many people that rarely he came to our table to ask if we need something. I had so tell him to bring napkins, and something else to drink. When food came it was a little cold. Crispers not so good too greasy. Mashed potato dry. Sorry, not so good. Not bad for a chain restaurant. They messed up my order but me and the server agreed not to get her in trouble. Update 2023: Still good for a chain. No troubles this time. I go mostly cause my mom likes it here. Ribs were really good.
