My husband and I went to this location a while back. Food runner threw our plates on the table. We asked but never received plates nor silverware. The food was even cold and restrooms filthy. I use to work here when it first opened back in 2001, and we weren't allowed to treat customers like this. They actually deserve ZERO STARS. Chili's is one of my favorite restaurants to dine at. Today I had the Cajun pasta but it had no spicy to it. It was good and I ate it all but no kick from spices. I always get the ribs or a burger or chicken tenders and they are good. I'll be back next week to tackle the ribs. Lol. My food was great. When I finally got a beer it was cold and tasted good. The place was packed and everyone around me liked their food as well. Bartender wasn't very attentive but the beer was cold. I used to go to Chili's in the 1990s. The restaurant has gone through a re-image. Gone is the overhead nick-nacks and chili bake-off signage. It has been replaced with flat screen TVs and a full-wall rustic wood and metal sign welcoming you to Chili's. Definitely going for the sports bar vibe. The menu has taken a re-image as well; Chili's signature Fajitas is still there but no longer served on the oven hot skillet but a cast iron plate on a wood tray. It's warm but not burn-your-self hot. The Fajitas are served with flour tortillas (corn tortillas on request). Ribs seem to have taken center stage. We tried the Brisket Quesadillas, although it came out with the rest of our meal and not an appetizer for the table to share. All agreed it was the best thing we ordered. I had the Steak Fajita, and the steak was tender and juicy, a solid choice. The steak Fajitas are $21, so that is a change. One of my dining partners had the Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich also good. Everyone had food to go home. No o e at the table was drinking alcohol but there were 10 margaritas to choose from.
