I have been in Commerce since 2017 and today had to be the worst customer service that I have ever experience. I went through the drive-through line to get some corn fritters and fries. Something that I would thought was easy and simple. After I pull up to the window, the young lady has me a bag which is corn fritters and tells me to have a good day…. No fries… I then waited for my fries just for me to receive some that’s cold. I didn’t call the restaurant to speak to a manager because I have a meeting now requires me to leave town. Chris the manager demands that I come back in order for him to do anything for me along with laughing at the fact that I received. So I turned around to return my order and while doing so he gives me a refund and drops the change. Long story short I took my refund money and I went right to McDonald’s. Food: 1 Service: 1

Literally deserve no star. Every time I order here they give me exact opposite what I ask for. Orderd tenders a roll corn nuggets and no gravy double ranch with a half and half tea. Bro actually confirmed at the window then proceeded to make my food. Sweet tea no ranch and gravy... And they aren't even busy right now. I will be taking my business elsewhere as this is the 12th time in a row this has happened. Food: 3
