I got home and opened up my rolls to see this mess. I returned it to the store. They said they messed up a batch of their rolls, and they have to give them out before making new ones...that's not even a roll that's shredded up bread like what? I said the manager knows and is okay with yall giving this out? He said yes. Honestly so disappointed. Do better. Also the prices are WAY HIGHER than they advertise on the menu. If you ask them tbey just say the price went up...ok...change your menu?! Like seriously...the food is always low quality. I dont know if it's a change in ownership, or under new management? My favorite chicken place. Warm friendly service. Perfectly fried livers and fish besides chicken. Would have had all 5 stars, but they had no coke zero. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The chicken express On White Settlement Road closed so now we have to go to Willow Park. I used to live in Willow Park so I have been going to this CE for years, never had a problem. Today we had to wait 25 plus minutes for 16 pieces of bone in chicken. This is a Friday afternoon and no bone in chicken ready??? I guess they just want to sell tenders. I will go back because I like their chicken, I just hope that this is an exception not the norm. This trip I drove thru no problem, service was quick. My cousin went inside deciding he wanted pies, they didn't have any made, they told him it would take 5 minutes. It took at least 15 minutes. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered a 7 piece, got 4 pieces. I should have checked to make sure it was right but I was in a rush. I trusted that they would at least give me the right number of chicken tenders, but that trust was misplaced.
