Always fast and efficient and delicious, fresh, not frozen or processed food. Love the milkshakes also. It's our favorite fast food and we don't do fast food elsewhere usually, mostly here. LOVE! Went there this past friday evening. Was a little crazy so I placed an order for pick up. Was a bit confused once inside as to where to pick up my order cause there was no sign anywhere signaling that. It took longer than it usually does with other locations but it was fresh and hot. Parking wasn't great since the drive thru line blocks the spots closer to the building. Food was good as usual and got all my sauces requested with my 30 piece nuggets. Just bought a chicken sandwich here and for whatever reason the employee handed me my sandwich and refused to let go of the bag. Then once he finally did, laughed at me as he walked away. Not sure what happened here or why he was so disrespectful but I am not used to this kind of service at Chik Fil A. Usually the employees are much nicer. Service: 1
