Really disappointing service at this chick-fil-a. Not what you normally expect from this chain. I’ll preface this by saying that I go to chick-fil-a very sparingly. I’ve gone three times over the last 6 months or so. That being said, my most recent visit was the third consecutive visit in which there were multiple mistakes in our order. Wrong sandwiches, sauces missing, things that we had asked to be removed from the sandwich still being in them, strangely watery lemonade, etc. Overall, it’s consistently inconsistent. I just finished my order at chick fil a. My family loves chick fil a and we order here all the time! Today when I asked for the military discount the employee informed me that they do not offer it. Which was a shock because every other time I come here I have gotten it. Big disappointment when employees are not trained to know the same information. Visited Chick-fil-A Framingham for the first time and had a fantastic experience with their excellent fast food and top-notch service. The staff were incredibly friendly despite the good atmosphere, and finding ample seating wasn't an issue. The cleanliness of the place was well-maintained, making it a delightful visit overall. I Recommend Spicy Deluxe Chicken burger 🍔. Store is Closed on Sundays. I walked in with my high school wrestling team during dinner rush. Zero mistakes, all smiles, fast service and food was delicious. I ran fast food restaurants for a decade, this is a well run store.
