The drive-through took over 15 minutes. Once you're in line, they trap you, and you can't leave. They gave me the wrong order, and instead of fixing it at the window, they made me come inside. Had I wanted to go inside, I would have done it in the first place. Then the manager gave me my order. It's still wrong. The level of incompetence and stupidity is astounding. Sat in the left lane while 3-5 cars whizzed thru in right lane. Add insult to injury, they made me wait and get behind a car that was in the drivethru 10 min after me and probably 29 cars out of order. So so frustrated and angry. We usually don't come to this location, but we were in the area, so we came through the drive thru. The line moved very slow, and when we got home we realized the order was wrong and the food was a bit cold. This CFA could take some pointers from the ones in Keller, Alliance, & Presidio.
