Always good service, a bit over the top at times.
Sandwich was good, but the waffle fries came a bit soft. Too much ice in their drinks.. could fit one can of soda into a large cup with all that ice!

Spicy Chicken Sandwich
Chicken here is better than other fast food restaurants. It's usually crowded, but they still manage to get you in and out quickly. There's always 2 or more people working the dining area to keep it clean and have tables available.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich
Giving this review would be “my pleasure!”
Food, service, and atmosphere - I graded all at 4 stars or higher. “So then why the 3 star overall review Carlos?!?!?” Well… the location is just downright awful.
Making it the most immediate location turning into Belmont from literally right off route 283/30, traffic is always going to play a factor just getting in. Putting only 1 major (unless you drive ALL THE WAY BACK BEHIND TARGET!!!) to access the entrance or exit of Chick-Fil-A and sitting them right across a: Starbucks, Jersey Mikes, and CoreLife - add that to the equation of clustering traffic. Note: I also hate that they have a three lane entering: right lane for turning into Starbucks and other restaurants building, left lane for Chick-Fil-A DRIVE-THRU, and a middle (people who have a tough time reading signs this is for you) for parking at Chick-Fil-A - NOT THE OTHER DRIVE THRU LINE!

My last piece that is negative is when they made the decision to put employees outside to take your order in the drive thru to help move the line faster. That’s not my issue, it’s that you can’t read the menu due to the employee walking down the line to take your order quicker. They do have menus on paper that they can show you but you have to request it. ** suggestion: Put the menu on an overhead screen (like a TV) that car’s drive under that way everyone can see the menu.
Outside of that, those are the downsides but they still won’t stop me from getting that Spicy Chicken Sandwich

I placed an order and was not able to pick up until 1 hour later due to unforseen circumstances. I went to the restaurant thinking I was going to get cold food only to be pleasantly surprised that they were able to fulfill my order fresh without any hassle.
