Ive honesty never had any issues when I go. The staff is alway friendly,helpful, polite, and fast. They seem to try and go above and beyond to make your visit good. My order normally comes out fast depending on if there busy or not. Its always clean and well kept. Everyone is always so nice at this location, but, tonight, my husband and I ordered our food and dined in until closing. As I began to leave at 9:05pm, I turned around when I realized that I needed to use the restroom... but, to my surprise, I was quickly informed that all restrooms were closed. You know if any one of the employees still working had to use the restroom, it would be available to them! It was Chick-fil-A lemonade that filled my bladder, but I was forced to hold it until I got home (and, yes, I made it).
