Chef Angel has become our regular “jam” for mouth watering Mexican food in Sherman. Now that we’ve been here a dozen+ times we know is consistently awesome. We have many favorites but for your first time I recommend you try the Fajitas - you will not be let down. Kaylee is our usual server and she remembers our preferences and is always so nice to us. The Chefs name is actually Victor (his kids name is Angel and he knows what is UP). We are huge fans of Chef Angel Mi Restaurante and will be coming back for years!! Ordered my food from door dash. Food overall was good. The Cheese Chile relleno was delicious. Just wished it would’ve been cooked a little longer. Got it covered in queso instead of red sauce. The asada Gordita was good. The pork one was not the best. The taste of the pork just seemed off to me. But overall, food was good. I would go back and sit in person so I could experience it first hand. They messed up on my order so it took longer to get but the ladies were super nice and apologized for the wait.
