I don't really have words to say about these places I thought that the service was bad just the one that I visited but it seems as of all the locations have the same issues, so I have decided to take them off the list of fast food places to eat. The food I have no doubt is good when made correctly, but it's the people who works at these places and their attitudes towards customers that really gets me. Having someone to choose to patronize your establishment is a privilege and not a right, but the staff seems to think the opposite and there for comes the attitude because they got your order wrong or the fact that you have to repeat your order multiple times and they still gets it wrong. I really hate saying this because I really like checkers but not any longer and I couldn't and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And my job is about 5 minutes from a Checkers and I drive 12 in the other direction to get food. I hope that things get better, but until then it's not the place to eat. they set up some sort of AI in the drive through and i felt dumb for talking to it. it's like a customer support phone line taking your order. it's creepy. just give the lady the headset back. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I tried calling none of the numbers worked. There was some type of animal hair in my food and I’m so traumatized! This is unacceptable !! I’m soooo upset that I ate my sandwich before I opened my fries . I will reach out and take necessary step for you guy to hold yourself accountable.
