Spend $90 for pizza and I expect them to be fresh and hot. But nope. Cold pizza that I refuse to accept. They refused to make me fresh pizza and refused to refund my $90. So in out $90 and no pizza I believe an attorney needs to get involved.

They just served me a large pizza cut up and stuffed into medium boxes. Seriously? And no compensation for that laziness? You deserve a gold star for that one! But just one!!!!!! edit- YES THAT DID REPRESENT YOU AND YOUR TEAM. DO NOT LIE, AUTO SPAMMING THAT BECAUSE YOU ARE FORCED. You should not treat people like that and lie. They will start to figure out you are fake.

My car overheated on a high temp day. Pulled into the parking lot and my car wouldn't restart for awhile. The ladies behind the counter checked if they could help us several times, let me use their sink to fill a carton with water, and came out and gave us ice water several times while we were waiting, asked us if we wanted to sit inside, even gave us snacks. One lady obviously had clocked out of work and stopped to check on us even before we left. We didn't buy a thing, but they were kind and worried about my kids. Good people work here.

I ordered 1 large specialty taco pizza and 1 medium pepperoni pizza 09/03/21. With a coupon it still came to $18. I got 2 medium pizza boxes with 1 half of a pizza in each box!! I quit ordering pizza hut and decided to try Casey's. Very bad first representation of the company.

I ordered a fresh breakfast burrito from the deli area and the cook got snippy with me and made my burrito. When I got it, the burrito was not even hot. I was in there maybe 2 minutes after she made it and walked out to my car. The burrito was double wrapped. The Cashier was very sweet and understanding. She had a great attitude. If you want fresh hot food go towards the evening.
