I wish they would serve dinner and close around 7 are 8 then I could go eat there sometimes for supper. Waller doesn't have anything worth eating around here, and I'm tired of mexican food. (I don't count county line bbq 🤢🤮) Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

You will not get bacon and toast like this spot. Our church normally goes to this spot on Saturday morning after prayer and they are so kind and welcoming. Let’s not mention the coffee it never reaches the bottom they are attentive and always go around to fill up your mug if needed. They were not accommodating from the moment I started my order. I was trying to order for a business lunch we were having. The family packs would have been great but you could not sub any meats, not even if you want to pay extra. So once I ordered everything individually and by the pound I ended up spending $100.00. It didn’t take long for them to get the food ready. I asked for paper plates and silverware, and was told I would have to purchase them. I have never ordered food even from fast food places where they didn’t provide you the basic materials you need to eat the food they just served you. The meats were dry - we had brisket chicken and turkey, the sides were good we had green beans, ranch beans and cold slaw. I will not eat there again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Carls is a staple place to eat, I work near by so I go weekly pretty much! The wait is never too long and the food is always good! I’ve tried many things here and never had a bad experience. Wednesday they serve chicken and dumplings, but you have to get there early or they will run out! It’s a favorite for many people (including myself!) my personal favorite is a non menu item, the buffalo tenders! They give you so many and the chicken is so tender!! Had lunch there. BBQ pork was good but could have used a bit more sauce (a little on the dry side), extra sauce is extra $. Also only open till 2:00 for lunch and got the last sandwich around 1:00 so it's either esky popular or they didn't prep enough. Inside a bit dated but a lit of regulars there so must be popular. I meet a group of guys here from time to time on Saturdays. The service is outstanding along with great prices. The pancakes are good along with their in-house made breakfast sausage.
