So glad we found this place! Beats driving to Cajun Deli from Woodbury. It's always nice and clean the owner is always so nice and professional. I love it! I usually order the fried shrimp and hush puppies, which are so good. But this time, we ordered garlic butter snow crabs. So good! Highly recommend! I've had my shared for seafood boil, and I can say this place is a MUST! they don't have a lot of dining tables, but I love it! It's definitely a place where if you take it home to eat, it will be just as good as dining-in! Well seasoned seafood boil! Great selection and love that it was not buried in butter! Me and my family went here for the first time today and had an absolutely wonderful experience! My brother got a combo #1 and couldn't finish, it was so much food! I got a walleye basket and my mother got a shrimp po boy. Everything was delicious and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! I would recommend to anyone, anytime! I tried this place last minute. Definitely glad i did. 4 stars bc i only had crab cakes and catfish. Tho i did have a side of the boil sauce, it was very good. So im surely going back to try their seafood boil. VERY CLEAN from the front to the bathroom. The manager/owner i assume, was very friendly and inviting. If in the Oakdale are a surely must try. The food is terrible . I had Catfish, shrimp and hush puppies, the shrimp is battered wrong. It not beer battered. I never seen Catfish and shrimp with this kind batter. I'm from south. It should have Corn meal on both of them . Hush puppies were good. There food terrible. New cook that knows how cook southern and cajun food. One star. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

First time here, will definitely return soon. Food was great! Combo Boil and lemon pepper wings. Quick friendly service. Great flavor for both. We even made a second order of wings togo. Would be a great place to order ahead for take out, as there is limited space for seating. 🔥 not all seafood in Minnesota is created equal. I had other Cajun places but the flavor was not there, on the contrary this place high on my list for seafood in the Saint Paul area. The customer service is top-notch, the young man Ahmed was very helpful with the menu and gave me a free drink while I waiting on my food. Super friendly staff and the food was really good! They have big walleye fillets and the portions of the food was satisfying for the price. I was pleased to find this restaurant. It is not a sit-down family restaurant per se, it is a small restaurant with dine-in or takeout available. These guys really pay attention to detail and make you feel at home. Customer service was courteous, and apologetic of shortage they had that day. The seafood was cooked on point! - it was not over or undercooked, just perfect! I would prefer it to be more salty; it was a little bland for me even though I aggressively dipped and swirled my seafood in the buttery sauce. The beef sausage was extremely salty (out of their control) lol. Also, spicy Cajun was NOT spicy. Would love more heat. Was not a fan of the ‘fresh’ lemonade. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit! I'm not a huge seafood person, but I do like fried shrimp. I'm always afraid that I'll end up with Sea-Pak, but that wasn't the case at all. The owner was super nice and helpful, and answered all of our questions. I had the fried shrimp basket, which would have been perfect if the fries weren't so salty. My husband had shrimp and catfish, and he commented several times that it was a great piece of fish. His fries were too salty also, so next time we'll ask them to go light on the salt. It's definitely worth a try! The prices are very reasonable!
