I recently dined at Cadillac Jack's with a group of six. Despite the low crowd, the service left much to be desired. Our orders were taken by three different people, leading to a disjointed experience. Half of our food arrived promptly, while the remaining dishes took an additional 15 minutes. Regrettably, the service continued to disappoint as staff rarely checked on our table, and no apologies were offered for the delay. The management seemed ineffective in addressing these issues. The food itself was decent, but the overall experience was marred by the lackluster service. I must note that my visits have primarily been during the day, as the atmosphere at night is reportedly less pleasant. Hopefully, improvements in service and management could make Cadillac Jack's a more enjoyable dining destination. Our family's first time trying Cadillac Jacks. The menu has appetizing pictures and we found that what you see is what you get: tasty food, generous portions at very reasonable prices. We ordered several sandwiches, all delicious, plus pizza. Jack's Famous Pan pizza was the family favorite- plenty of quality cheese and toppings.
