Food made incorrectly I paid for bacon and the photo below shows what I got. The customer service is rude and this will be my last time visiting this location. I can honestly understand why they never have customers because the food and service sucks. Who ever owns this location should definitely clean house and see how they revenue would increase. I'm only leaving a review because I can't believe what just happened. There were no cars in the drive thru. Yet I still waited over 5 minutes before someone finally spoke. She then informed me that they were out of whopper buns, whopper meat, chicken sandwich buns, chicken patties, ketchup, lettuce and tomatoes. There was more but I can't remember the rest. I jokingly said "what do you have?". I got no answer. So I ordered a double cheeseburger with no ketchup since they were out of it and a large coke. She said they were out of all coke products and tea and only had lemonade. At that point I just left. That store manager should find a different job. I walk in to order my food, and there is a feminine black male mopping the floor. He walks over takes my order then precedes to go back to fix my fries and bag my food. I tell the feminine black male "Sir either wash your hands or have someone else fix my food that's diagusting." The feminine black male begins to get mad and use language that a feminine male with dirty hands should not use with a customer. Because I don't want him to fix my food after I just watched him mop. I will be reaching out to a manager about this feminine black male with attitude. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We stopped in here for a quick bite while we were on a long trip. It smelled awful ? I’m not sure how to even describe the smell, we threw away the food. If I could give this place a zero I would. When I first walk in the employee was sitting on the counter. They did not have stock of most that was on the menu. The bathrooms was a horror film. There where out of most fountain drinks. I regret getting off the highway. 25 mins in drive through, only 2 cars before us. It took so long that I ordered on line, because I felt the employees didn’t know what they were doing. One guys pants were hanging we could see his underpants. 3 people wandering around, and I couldn’t tell who was working. Horrible horrible horrible. If I could rate zero, I would.The owner should be ashamed of his employees and his establishment. We waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. No one came to the speaker. Went inside waited in line for another 15. One person ahead of us was there for 20. There was only 1 person in front of them who got served. No one came to the register. They were all talking, some were on their phones and the ones putting the burgers together were like "driving Ms. Daisy", super slow, talking and laughing and had zero urgency to get the job done. We ended up leaving and going to cook out which has a 4.2 rating. This is the second time we've been blown off at this Burger King and we will never be back. They are absolute garbage. Try getting real workers in there and doing a little training. Pathetic . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I gave this BK location a few chances. Met with disappointment each time. I feel bad for the owner. They’re always out of something. One time buns. Another time, ice cubes. You enter the drive thru to wait and be told I’ll be back with you soon every time as though the employees do it everytime to everyone. Then you get asked to pull up after you pay to wait another 5-10 minutes. On average I spent 20 minutes or more each of the four times I have been here hoping they’d be having a good day. A big shame too as this business is off of I95…please see todays mangled bun. I was asked to pull up to the white line being the only car there today but I do not pity the drive through time metric so I just stayed at the window. The lady at the window must have thought I was crazy when I said “I’ll get there in just a minute.” Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Worst burger king ever! They will not take orders in the dinning area but leaves the door open. They will only take orders in drive through and the make you wait at the drive thru and will never take anyone's order. These pictures are the workers that are sitting in there not doing nothing. Highly do not recommend this place and it's under new management.
We have been to several fast food restaurants in the area in South Carolina. The pandemic has lasting effects on the fast food industry. Here the drive through was backed up, service was slow, we waited almost 30 mins with 6 cars ahead of us . One car got out of the line, then another behind us got out. The server was polite. They had no ketchup, but we were given a large drink instead of the small that usually comes with the 2 for 10 deal. Every place we went was short staff. Out of the food choices we wanted, or broken down ventilation systems. They are all suffering. Please Help! Be patient…. They are doing the best that that can.
