Young man taking order was outstanding with his uplifting manner in communicating with all drive through customers. Added a smile to everyone in my car. Need more people in this world with his attitude and appeal to customers. Sidenote: whom every filled the order did not give us the hamburger "our way" (no onions was ignored). Best Burger King! Employees all seem to be having a good time while getting the job done and are very respectful. The place is very clean compared to other burger kings and it’s all around a fun atmosphere and a joyful experience seeing the employees with such great smiles on there beautiful faces. Visited Burger King and met the glasses-wearing superhero behind the counter! Move over, Po– this employee deserves her own movie for flawlessly taking orders with the precision of a Kung Fu master. Burgers were great, but her spectacle of service stole the show. Five stars for the real MVP with glasses. I plan on hosting my wedding reception here. Suprisingly they refused our offer of a deposit but were very excited to accommodate our personal festival of love. This is literally the greatest Burger King in history. It took several attempts to get the order right. Employee barely spoke English. Trash all over the ground. The entire place was completely filthy. The drive through window was so greasy I don't know how you can work like that. Gross! Of course the food was cold and smashed. Obviously been done for some time before we ordered We won't be back. This is probably the best BK I have ever been to. It was REALLY clean, which is a nice change from most fast food places. They had grown adults working there, which probably accounts for why it was running well. Our food was hot and fresh. When fast food places follow the processes crafted by the company, some of it can be quite good. Easy parking and access right off the hiway. Really sad and annoyed with this location! Got a cold from an employee working the counter! Been here a few times because we are new in town and being pregnant I've been craving rodeo burgers. Every time the beef has been over cooked, the onion rings were barely cooked and the fries were so salty! The customer service has been low each time, the last time we went on 8/22/23 the man taking our orders outfit was covered in grease, he didn't care to adjust our order to get our coupons, and just barely engaged with us as humans even though we tried. I understand a job is a job in the economy but as a person who has managed fast food and a couple restaurants, we leave our problems at the door or we find employment that better suits us. After we walked away from the counter a younger man approached to take orders, his hair was past chest length and down, and he was sneezing and coughing and touching the register and sneezed on the stack of cups we had just got a cup from! Overheard him say he shouldn't even be there with how sick he was. Corporate America! Do better! Make your employees feel like they matter so they don't have to live in pain and also exposing others to their illnesses! Needless to say I am on day 6 of a very bad cold/flu that feels like when I had covid-19. I hope he got to go home but he definitely got my family and I sick. This was the only place we went that day and I felt the symptoms the next AM. I have a cough, watery eyes, itchy throat, hard to breathe, no sense of taste or smell. Stopped by dined in and staff was professional, friendly and food was great tasting with fresh fries. Original review :Usually service and food is not bad when I've ordered at this location, today went on drive thru and due to lack of service and timeliness had to leave. There were about 4 cars on other lane that went fwd after I arrived. When you come to fast food you expect a certain amount of timeliness if can't do that not sure what the purpose of having 2 lanes is specially when now your wait time will be much longer due to other orders now ahead of you.
