Great food, but absolutely horrible service. The waiter forgot my order. An hour later I asked about it and they had to remake it because it had been sitting out waiting for him. Then I asked for the check and waited another 30 min. Finally stood up and walked up to a manager and paid for my food and left. Not the first time either. Usually incredibly slow slack service. My first time here, there is a take out order and pick up area it wasn't busy so got my order quickly. I had the 15 piece boneless wings, 5 w/parmesan garlic sauce, 5 w/lemon pepper sauce, 5 w/honey BBQ sauce and regular size onion rings. Everything was very good. 1-26-2024 I ordered the same boneless wings and sauces as before without realizing it. I didn't look in the bag until I got home and found that I only got 2 sauces. My family visited this location on Christmas Eve. Out of the first couple items we ordered, no big deal. The server brought out our food at different times. My son was finished with his meal before my husband got his food and mine came out room temp. No celery with our wings. Asked for blue cheese, but got ranch. We asked to speak to a manager regarding our food not coming out at the same time. The manager said it's company policy to bring it out as it's prepared so we should not expect to be able to eat at the same time. That's just poor kitchen management! Why bother going out to eat together if you can't eat together as a family...not to mention, good manners tell you to not eat until everyone at the table has their food. The most ridiculous thing I've ever heard by a manager. We've eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings probably 15 times in various locations and this had never happened before. When I told the manager we've always received our food at the same time, she said if we got our food at the same time on every other visit it's because they weren't following the company's policy. I won't even get into the terrible attitude our server Aria had towards us. She received her 18% tip, but definitely didn't deserve it...it was XMAS Eve and we have a heart about as big as her terrible attitude! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So my server Alysa wasn’t feeling good. Like a champ she persevered. My first batch of wings were not fresh. She went back and had the cook redo the order. Second batch was fresh and cooked hot! Fries were hot and celery fresh. She made sure I was happy even though she was not at her best. Great job Alyssa. My favorite bar to come to in Leavenworth hands down. CJ and Michelle are my favorite bartenders. The atmosphere is always great even on slow nights. Game days are so fun. Beers always cold and food is always decent. I usually don’t go to chains consistently but seriously the people, bartenders and experience keeps me always coming back.
