To the managers of this location: please be advised that your cooks need to be replaced or retrained! My fried pickles were badly under cooked, still showing white batter in many places. The potato wedges were over cooked to the point of being hard and they were such small pieces that I believe they were just the left overs from other orders! I don't know how my son's food was because he took it elsewhere and didn't say anything to me about it when he returned. We ordered through Door Dash. They did provide a partial refund (absolutely not the full cost of the food I had to throw away!) but I wanted management to know of this fiasco. While my son may order from this location again, I certainly will NOT. By the way, they didn't even send all of the sauces we chose. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1

****Hopefully the district manager of this location sees this. We waited almost an hour for our food, saw one employee prepping and bagging fries and touching his hair on one of the tables that us customers would sit on (not in a food prep area). Saw several employees coming out of the kitchen eating food and wiping their mouths then going to attend a table. We advised the MOD about the issues we observed and ended up cancelling our order (30 traditional wings) which still weren't made after an hour. This location seriously needs some proper training. Ordered take out from here Saturday. Missing food from order (fries), the wings were subpar (picture) and missing most of our dipping sauces (1 ranch and 3 Bleu cheese, and one southwest ranch) for an order this size. Ended up being a total waste of time and way too expensive for the quality we experienced. I understand being busy, but check your orders before you clear them for take out. Why is it so hard to follow order instructions? 3rd time I’ve placed my order and WVERY TIME this is missed. I ask for no pico de gallo but every time it is on there. I know yall read it because the other items I requested to be removed were removed so why is this so hard! How crazy is it I’m getting cold wings while a whole table of corporate sits behind me…sent them back …literally all fridge temperature. They came out fast which is what’s most confusing.

Why do I keep coming here. It's the same story every time. Good beer, good service, but the food comes out cold 9 out of 10 times. And usually takes 30 to 40 minutes to come out. I was sitting at the bar, and it is not the bar tenders fault. He is busting his butt. Something is wrong, and I blame management. While I was waiting for my food, I said to the bar tender, in front of a manager, "How is the food going? Not going to come out cold, is it?" Did the manager go check? I had a good time at Buffalo Wild Wings. The drinks are cold and wet. The service was good yet somewhat on the slow side. The food my friends ordered looked good, but I did not order food. The prices were moderate and they have a rewards membership for better pricing. The atmosphere was casual and it wasn't too noisy. The game was on and you could see a screen from anywhere you sat.
