I would put a 5 star but the manager had a stink attitude. Our waitress was super fast sweet and on point. She memorized everything and it was her first day. She got everything right! Even though they were super busy. The manager, apparently thought we were going to try and sneak out without paying. The app kept messing up and wouldn't let me pay on it and our receipt wouldn't get to us. It's all about communicating she could have easily asked if there was an issue instead of watching us and guarding our way out ..... Customer service skills , learn it ! Our waitress and other staff were on point as well as the food. Our waitress introduced us to two new drinks that we now absolutely love. Passion fruit mojito and strawberry mojito ! Love the workers at this location. Me and my buddies have been going to this location for over 10 years. During college basketball season we visit frequently. Get to know your waitresses, waiters and managers and they will take good care of you. Keep up the great work. I have been going here for about 5 years now. It was always really good when I first went. So much so I would go every Sunday and watch football there. Since then prices have doubled and their food has been dramatically worse. Every time I go now they never put enough sauce on the boneless wings. I bet my fiancé before they even come out that I will have to ask them for more sauce and then they overload the sauce and my food is always cold by then. I still like to go to Buffalo Wild Wings in other cities cause there it’s still very good. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. DO NOT COME HERE!
