Although I had not eaten here before, I’d been told that the food was delicious and the atmosphere was fun, so my friends and I decided to check it out. Unfortunately, the three of us were very disappointed. The service was very slow and although the dishes we ordered were tasty (my friend ordered the strawberry salad, her husband ordered the halibut, and I ordered a small mac and cheese; we each ordered a cup of clam chowder and shared the fried calamari as an appetizer), the food was slow to arrive , as were the drinks, and then my friend had to wait even longer because they brought her the wrong order. Everything tasted OK, but the portions were small and overpriced. To sum up: slow/poor service and small, overpriced meals. Where do I start our witness was nice not the best service we sat for a long period of time before the order was taken. The food was well very disappointing. A boil was 40.00 mostly some overcooked shrimp 1 cluster of crab and some potatoes and corn. U can get a pound of crab for 9.99 lol. Cool experience but never again. Total waste of money! I just wanted to give a review. Went in for my birthday February 08, 2024. And I had such a great time. Our waitress? Lucy was fantastic. Actually, she was so professional. And so on point. With everything I thought she was management actually this establishment has A great asset to their company having Lucy.she made it so much fun and enjoyable. As an employee, she is definitely definitely management material. She never forgot anything. She checked all the food before she brought it out to make sure it was complete and correct. The birthday song that she sang was awesome. Thank you so much for making my birthday a great day. We will be coming back soon and we'll be asking for Lucy to serve us. My cousin and I enjoyed being by the river while we ate delicious shrimp dishes recommended by our waitress. My cousin loved her stuffed shrimp & mashed potatoes. My shrimp trio (fried, coconut, and tempura) was hot and tasty. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
