We’ve always really enjoyed Brew City Burger but had a really disappointing experience tonight. We go here often and will be back but tonight gave us pause. We ordered two burger meals, one with lettuce and ketchup only. When our food came out one of the burgers was a lettuce wrap which is NOT what we ordered. One of the girls brought it out and we informed her that wasn’t what we ordered. Her response? “Are you sure?” Yeah, pretty sure we know what we ordered. So she took it back and a minute later her coworker comes out with the exact same order, ummm excuse me? So we told we then informed her that we did not order a lettuce wrap. She then said, that’s what it shows in our system…again not what we ordered. Perhaps it was entered incorrectly?? We finally got the correct order which was put on our table without a word. There was no apology for the incorrect order, just the implication we had ordered wrong and didn’t know what we had ordered. Super disappointing. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
