Not fun anymore now that it’s a bowlairo. “LOL” and “WOW” really??? You even took away the seats. Been going to this bowling alley since I was a kid and they completely ruined it.

As avid bowlers, we were impressed by the state-of-the-art facilities at Bowl America. The lanes were impeccably maintained, providing a smooth and consistent surface for our games. We appreciated the variety of bowling balls available, catering to bowlers of all skill levels and preferences. The electronic scoring system made keeping track of our scores a breeze, allowing us to focus on the friendly competition at hand.
One of the highlights of our evening was indulging in the delicious offerings from the concession stand. From classic favorites like hot dogs and nachos to more indulgent treats like pizza and chicken wings, there was something to satisfy every craving. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served with efficiency, allowing us to refuel and recharge between games.

Bowl America is transitioning to Bowlero. Currently undergoing some renovations but still open. Hope they keep seating. Staff very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Bowling on morning league is quite fun.
Review update: The price of beer on certains nights has been fixed. Nice response time? Everyone who works at this center has always been nice but unfortunately that doesn't help with the equipment. It's kinda old and break downs happen regularly. I will say that this has improved too though but if you're at all a serious bowler, go to Edsall Road instead. Or Falls Church. Or Woodbridge or Dranesville.
Terribly overpriced and horribly run. I thought with the price increases and the new Bowlero bowling listed on the website I was in for a day of nice and fancy bowling...that couldn't have been further from the truth. This place is still the same dumpy bowling alley from the 80's. That's not the bad part, the staff literally just stare at you when you walk in and offer almost zero assistance when the lanes have an issue. When I asked the manager about ingredients of food items being served at a kids party he had no idea what was in the food and wouldn't provide a ingredients list....yeah Bowl America Burke is not somewhere I'd spend another penny.
Average bowling alley at best. Seems most lanes have difficulty giving your balls back. Tons of resets needed. Best things about this place are the draft beer, fries, pretzels and chicken fingers.
