I've always loved this place, but today they missed the mark. We waited 40 minutes for our food to arrive and I've had heartburn sense I left. Shrimp pasta was just OK. My 1 lavender lemonade was great, but I had to send the second one back it tasted like a glass of purple simple syrup. Couldn't drink it, no way. Daughters ribs were good but didn't like the coating on the onion rings and they never brought her the sauce she asked for. App crashed and couldn't get points for a 100$ lunch 😒 maybe next time will be better. Price per person $100+ Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Not a great experience. So myself and my family we're all dressed up coming from a full day of service and excited to eat out which we don't get to do too much. We decided on going to BJ's this would be our third time. The first and second time wasn't bad. Having a biracial family sometimes we go through things but we've gotten used to just letting silly things go. This last visit was not good at all, our waiter wasn't too bad a little suspect to me. I did notice passive aggressive attempts to be irritable like seemingly purposely stepping on my foot or disingenuous asks by some of the staff. I asked for a military discount when the bill was due and the waiter said yes I didn't pay attention to see whether it was applied but my wife noticed that it wasn't the next day. I called and spoke to a manager to let her know and she said she was going to send a $75 gift card but as of now I haven't seen it yet. My point is I'm not sure what their contention is with me or my family or contention period. But I don't think they like us there so we won't be going back. Went to this place for a lunch with our daughter and her husband. We were seated right away but did not get waited on for about 10 minutes when the server came ordered water and asked for him to return for our order. He kept walking by us without asking if we were ready to order after about about 30 minutes we asked another server if she could get him. He never checked on us any time to see if we wanted anything else. The food was not very good for the price. I ordered the Philly steak that was suppose to have coleslaw with it but it was served without it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It took about another 30 minutes to get our food. We ordered two meals for takeout. The service was fine and we only waited 6 mins past our pick up time. I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken, which comes with mashed potatoes and STEAMED broccoli. Not only was the broccoli raw, but it wasn’t seasoned either. They just cut up some broccoli and threw it in there. Disappointing. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 4

Good food and good service. a bit pricey for some of the meals e.g the prime rib looked great but the tri-tip seemed a bit small and could do without the bbq sauce. Good drinks all in all good experience Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
