First off I went to beef shack today and I’m not impressed! The lady couldn’t even take my order right … she put hot and sweet peppers.. so then they fix it and she was so incredibly rude no apologies. I couldn’t believe I asked for raw onions got charged a dollar for a few dices!!!!!!!!!!!! She’s like and my manager needs the other sandwich back I’m like I ate out of it … yikes I thought about it…. They probably need the rest of my sandwich for the mini italian sausage hahahaha! I’m sorry but poor customer service. Got my order wrong not but once but twice. My mouth is on fire and now I have to settle for ramen noodles: 20 dollars for an italian sausage, shake, and fries what a joke. Taking my business elsewhere and letting ppl know!!
