Beach Monkey is a great, family owned, local cafe in Pacifica. Good, clean food and tasty coffee. They have delicious Açaí bowls, breakfast sandwiches and pastries. I ordered the chicken gyro plate. It tasted ok but I got so sick after. The service wasn't terrible but it was very cold and didn't feel welcoming or like our business or presence was wanted. It feels a little run down. The outside seating was dirty, a bit broken and didn't feel safe to eat at. Maybe it was an off day for them but I don't think I'll be giving this place another try.
