I've been to the Bamboo Room twice within the last six months. The staff is extremely friendly. Romy is very accommodating and Tom makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend the burger sliders!! We had two of our events here and we plan on coming back, so whether you looking for a lounge with a beautiful ambience, or an outdoor hang out while drinking some fine wine I recommend stopping by. I haven’t ever been here on a normal night but we came here for a private event and I can definitely recommend. They had great music and many people in our party enjoyed the open bar. We had a four course meal and they accommodated a vegetarian diet with vegetable risotto (which was delicious). We had a great time and would definitely like to come back. My wife and I hosted our wedding afterparty here and it was the perfect atmosphere/vibe to keep the party going. Romy and her team were very accommodating -- excellent service and drinks. A la carte tacos were a plus :) highly recommend if you're looking for a fun late night lounge experience in Westlake Village!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
