Ordered a grilled cheese with crispy bacon and cheddar cheese. Got an obviously microwaved, rubbery bagel with 2 slices of American cheese. Bacon was more flaccid than a frat bro drinking whiskey all night. There’s no excuse to microwave a grilled cheese in a bagel store equipped with a flat top grill, except for staff laziness. Edit: went back, and they made my grilled cheese much better and honored Cindy’s word about the credit. Thank you! However, my husband’s order was wrong 🤦🏼‍♀️. Ordered egg salad on white bread with lettuce, and side macaroni salad. There was no lettuce on the sandwich, and he got potato salad instead of macaroni. The sandwich literally has 3 ingredients. How do you forget one? In short, good place for bagels, but not much else. Service Take out Meal type Lunch
