Shame on the management for not training this kid up and teaching him how to perform good customer service!!!! I showed up with my family (8 year old daughter & 5 year old daughter) on 03/01/2024 at 9:38 pm and the shift manager refused us service, she saw us pull in, I parked by the door temporarily, I exited my vehicle & checked the hours of operation on the door, and verified that they were open, I proceeded to park my vehicle, the shift manager rushed to the door at 9:40 pm & locked the door in our faces and rushed away, I most certainly would hope that the store manager checks the cameras, this is horrible customer service, I will absolutely be contacting the corporate office about this Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
