One man before us inside, no other customers besides using restaurant...took our order, a man and woman came in 10 minutes later and got their order before we did...stood waiting and watched 2 vehicles in drive thru have to pull up and wait for them to bring out their food ... we waited about 20 minutes for a crispy chicken wrap and a chicken club sandwich...2 girls for drive thru and front counter, only saw 2 people in the back...the customers that came in 10 minutes after us ate in the dining area and actually apologized to us because they got their food before we did. I understand folks being short staffed now a days, but we were there before 7:30 pm, with no lines inside or out 2-27-24 . Management needs to do something, or the franchise...those employees are catching it from irritated customers and it's not their fault. Yeah, I did get irritated at first, but saw how few people were working and felt bad for the employees. Our food was good and hot and the order was prepared correctly. The only issue was I felt the prep time on our order was a little slow for the number of customers inside and in the drive thru.
