This Indo-Mexican vegetarian restaurant is a gem! Chef VR is passionate about food, music and life. I have been here twice and look forward to my next visit! The three specialty items, Paneer Tiki Masala, Mushroom Masala and Saag Paneer are exceptional. The Vegan Mango Lassi is a delicious blend of mango, coconut and cardamon - yum! Ok, well, the hype is true, this is great food, artfully made to be super healthy, and super tasty. I grew up eating Indian food, and this hits the spot in so many ways. The spicing is a treat, not overly “spicy”, “hot” or “pungent”, really artfully balanced,,, but you may not be used to this combination, so don’t set your expectations beyond being open to experience a completely different taste palette to the regular ‘Merican one.
