I'm not one for sports bars and the like, know that me giving one of them a 4 star rating is high praise. The service was average, not exceptional but not lacking either. Their meals are fairly carb heavy for the price, but I go to Applebee's for a change of pace, not as a regular expecting large portions to serve as my main meal for the day. My partner and I enjoy the 2 meal deals, they don't save a ton of money but it is better than it could be. Clean and good looking location. Will eat here again. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. If I could give them no stars, I would have. I gave them an extra star for the food only because the food was decent. I had to wait 30 minutes before being seated when hardly anyone was here. Had to wait another 30 minutes before they even took my drink order. When they finally brought out my food, it wasn't even what I ordered. Had to wait another hour before I even got my food. Had to take it Togo. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband and I ate lunch after church today. The place was very crowded and we had to wait awhile but it was worth it. Hannah was our waitress and I really think she was the best I have seen anywhere. The food was just perfect and we have leftovers for another meal.

My food was OK, my friends steak was tough and not cooked too her liking, green beans cold and lacked seasoning. Service was good, not oh wow, but totally fine. Atmosphere was standard for Applebee's though cleaner than most I've been in. Applebee's is never my first choice but this one was better than most. On top of waiting 45 to get our food, the waitress was rude, we were unable to get boxes for leftovers due to the manager stated that since it was "all you can eat wings and shrimp" we could not take what we had left with us. They refused to give us a bigger box for the chips nor an extra box. They refused to give us a cup to get our tea to go. VERY poor ran place!!! The food was good, our waitress was amazing.. the manager is horrible. I watched her yell and belittle a worker multiple times. I was furious, because she done it in front of customers every time, and loud enough for everyone to hear. She should have taken it off the floor instead of behaving the way she did. Obviously she has zero tact,she lacks empathy and compassion. I'm not sure how she's a manager.
