My wife and I have been to this location often for dinner prior to a movie with generally no issues. However, last night was a bust! We arrived around 6:30 to make a 7:45 show. We were seated quickly and the friendly waitress arrived right away to take our order. The drinks arrived quickly and then it went downhill from here. People were seated all around us and received their drinks and appetizers while we waited. By this time it was about 6:50. I flagged down our waitress and asked her to check on our appetizer. She did and came back to say that the table across from us who she was waiting on received our appetizer and that she would get it out right away. When she delivered it (with out plates) about 7:05 I told her we were trying to make a 7:45 show and she said she would get our dinner out soon. Then the manager showed up and said she understood there was a problem and asked US to explain. I did and she said our dinners would come out very soon. We waited until 7:30 watching others eat while our waitress walked by numerous times with no contact. At that time I called her over and said cancel our dinner order. On our way out the manager ran over to us and said our order was ready and did we want it to go. We replied no and walked out...hungry! Service: 1

Sat down at the table was waiting a good 5-10 min nobody came by, people got seated behind us and right when they sat down the waitress came over and took their drink and food order, said loud enough for her to hear "weren't we here way before them?" And nothing she stopped at another table to ask about refils and STILL did not come to our table. Said something to the host and left. Never coming back to this one again. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The bathroom was atrocious. Was like animals had been in there. Our waitress was a sweetheart. The boneless wings were dry and hard. Must have been the time of night because we have been here before and loved it...just not that night sorry to say. I debated writing this review because my server was new but here goes . We went yesterday at around 5:30 was kinda busy but had tables open and got seated right away . Our server took our drink orders and my husband asked about a cocktail and she said I don't know im new but can check for you (he declined ) and ordered his drink (which was amazing) . She came and took our order and asked if I wanted vinegar for fish ans chips (it came with tarter sauce ) so I said no . 30 mins later my food is brought out (just my food not my husbands) and there's no tarter sauce on the plate . The manager told the server (I guess ) she came to my table and says is this all they brought you . We said yes ans mentioned that they did not include the tarter sauce . The Manager comps my meal (awsome because I didint ask I didint complain just asked for the sauce ) . The other food comes out and my husbands waffle fries didint have the bacon on it it was supposed too . (The food was subpar we expected this because it's applebees but we did expect it to be edible ) . There was a group of teenage boys out waitress kept going up to and hanging out with . They even walked up and hung out at the station where you imput food . Im assuming maybe one was her kid. It was very noticeable ill never return. This place was pretty good for an Applebees. Just have realistic expectations. Don’t order any of the cocktails on the menu. They will all give you tummy aches if you’re over 25. We ordered vanilla vodka with Diet Coke and it was perfect. The bartender was very nice and hospitable. The food was decent too. I expected the shrimp in my shrimp bowl to be dry but they were surprisingly juicy. Not a bad place to hang before or after a movie. Very prompt service and very tasty! My favorite is the double crunch wings (chose your sauce) and the chicken Wonton Tacos! The proportions are very generous and their menu is not expensive! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. One thing about me is I ENJOY BUFFALO WINGS and I have always. Until…. I ordered through Uber eats , and got extremely sick due to their chicken not being thoroughly cooked. While I was eating an extremely large drum something did not seem or feel right and it made me almost throw up. I turned in the lights to examine my chicken and it looked very pink in the inside. Not only my chicken but my daughters chicken as well. I’m truly scarred and will never order chicken from Applebees again. When I did call they told me it was possibly a vein , but you guys lmk if the chicken in the photo below looks like it’s “just” a vein . Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50
