The food is always cold when you order take out. This is the 3rd time in a row its been ice cold. When you call about a $60 order being cold and they only want to give you a 30 credit, its disgraceful. Truly saddened by this restaurant. Applebee's is typically a great go to. Food was not great. My French onion soup tasted watered down and my margaritas was all juice. Atmosphere was nice and our waiter was also super nice. Applebee's has changed: food overcooked, almost burnt, spinach dip overcooked, burnt on top and hot cup. Drinks with a lot of juice and little alcohol, almost imperceptible. Waitress really rude and only helpful to take the order, but absent to check how it was going. When she handed the beer over with her hands the beer came out of the glass and spilled onto the floor. We go every Saturday evening, but this was the third week in a row, with bad results. I think we'll go elsewhere, too bad, we liked that Applebee's. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I love this restaurant so much because of such hospitable workers like very kind general manager named John, because of the very kind and beautiful host named Marissa, a very beautiful and family and kind-hearted server named Kim, and very kind and beautiful bartender named Sara. I love this place because the food is very delicious and also the food is so delicious and this environment is so hospitable. When I came in, I was a little nervous because it’s my first time here, but the staff I mentioned helped me have a great time. I also like here because it seems like a family atmosphere. I'm so surprised at this establishment I was so disappointed with the food not the delivery because my food was delivered ahead of schedule my disappointment is the food my hamburger was sloppy with wilted lettuce tomatoes and hard bacon. disgusting dis not enjoy at all when I dine in I never had this problem so expected a better result. I'm home sick just thought I would get the same service. I will never patronize again just turned me completely off. What makes an establishment do something like this and get away with it. Visited this Applebees tonight with friends. After waiting 10 min to order drinks and another 10 minutes to receive my drinks we finally got to order our food. I Ordered a burger and when it finally came out about 20 min later, it came out super raw. ( see pic attached) the meat was actually still chop meat and wasn’t even hot inside. I told my server, Tanya, and asked for the burger to actually be cooked correctly. The server replied by saying “you asked for it medium rare” implying that the burger was indeed medium rare even though it obviously was not. She took back the food and about 20 min later returned with a very overly cooked burger. Everyone else in my party was already finished eating so now i was left to eat alone. When she came back she asked how it was i told her it was over cooked but more edible than the last one was. She walked away from me mid sentence and didn’t even acknowledge what i had said. At the end the server took away the garbage and plates off the table and gave us a to go container but never brought over the bill. When she finally brought over the bill it showed she originally comp’d the burger and then she re-added it back onto the bill at the end. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

I loved it. It was my first time there. Since it was a holiday the line was really big. But we didn't really had to wait that long to get in. We were two people and we only waited about 10 minutes. The staffs are really nice and friendly. The lady that served us was always smiling and asked every now and then if we needed anything. The food was also really good. I will definitely go back soon. Also the price was good too. 5 STARS!!!!!

The staff was really friendly and on top of all the bar drinks. Was really busy for a Wednesday night but they kept control of the bar and stayed on top of all the drink orders. Will definitely come here again for happy hour specials (drinks and 1/2 off apps)
