We were there last night as always but yesterday we had our best experience with our waitress “Pamela B.” She was amazing and super kind and polite to us, she suggested some new margarita shots that they have and they were delicious. without a doubt she is one of the best servers Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The food was delicious but the wait was unnecessary I think the food shouldnt be taking so much time to order but the food is very good!

We came here twice in one week just because we had a gift card that we had to use. The first time, we were seated right away and a server promptly came to take our order. The second time we were told that there would be a 20 minute wait for a table for 2 even though we saw plenty of empty two-seaters. I told my husband it's probably because they are short staffed. This seemed to be true on both our visits. On our second visit, it took maybe 30 minutes for someone to take our order and we noticed 3 tables near us that weren't cleaned for a while. On both visits, we never saw our servers after they took our order. No one ever came to ask if we needed anything and we had to wait more than 30 minutes to get our check. I know it's not the server's fault but they really need to hire more staff to effectively run this restaurant or they will close just like the nearby Friday's did. As for the food, we enjoyed our loaded beef nachos and chicken with Asian chili sauce. The chicken tenders with pasta was just ok. The pasta sauce was way too sweet. I liked the shrimp and chicken with mashed potatoes. The alcoholic drinks were tasty and affordable. I'd visit again if service was better or perhaps we will go when we are not hungry so that by the time someone takes our order, we will be ready to eat. Service was extremely slow. It took 30 minutes to receive bottle water. When water arrived, it was very warm. When cocktails arrived, the glasses were sticky and seemed unwashed. New glasses needed to be provided. Limted on alcohol the drink were simply juice. The food was not good at all. Dry, very salt. Fatty streak. We will never be coming here again. They forgot to put cheese in my four cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken. Chicken was good though. All in all, about what you would expect from an applebees. Would go again, 2 entrees and an app for ~$30 is a steal in this economy. I'm feeling a strong 2 to a light 3 on this experience Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The food was fresh and hot. The tables were cleaned frequently and the waitress was really attentive. Ashley, explained some menu items and was engaging. She also gave us our silverware appropriately, wrapped in a napkin and holding them by the mouths. Prices were affordable and the decor was nice, with some school names.
