This was our first time visiting in years and we had a good experience. Our server Brianna was very kind. Although she was new, she knew the menu well and gave us great service. We will definitely be back!

We arrived at the restaurant at 11:00 am today. There was 2 people in front of us. Someone finally came to seat us at 11:10 After waiting and no one came to either of our tables we all walked out. On our way out the little girl in the corner that worked there said she is in her way. I told her never mind. We went to A restaurant right across the street and sat and watch as we ate an amazing meal. When we left at 12:10 pm no one Ever went to the restaurant. Not that it matters but the business lost about $100.00 between both tables that left. I will never go back . Shame on Appleby’s management. We visit quite often, and the atmosphere/cleanliness is always perfect.. food comes out just right, and service is fantastic from 1 bartender in particular. Michelle has been our server for many years, and it is great to always see a friendly face when we enter the restaurant.. thank you as always Michelle!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Andre was our waiter, he came to the table about 60 secs after we were seated. He asked what we would like to drink. He got our drinks right away. When he returned to the table with our drinks and we had browsed over the menu and knew what we wanted to order. He took our order and then made some suggestions on how to save some money and still get what we had a taste for. My wife and I watched as Andre and the hostess did their jobs. Surprisingly not once did we see them pull out their phones and look at it. We were so astonished they never did, normally in today's work atmosphere almost everyone especially the younger people are always on their phones. Talking or watching videos and not observing the customers or just being good representatives of the establishment that they work for. My wife's food came out sizzling hot on her plate,, Andre told me that he noticed that my plate had the red sauce that I did not want on it so he told the cook to make a new plate without the red sauce. About 10 minutes latter my food came out smoking hot as well and very tasty. Andre made sure that our glasses were full until we said that we had enough to drink. We asked him to get his store mgr and some to go containers When the manager came over to the table she was polite as well, but we could tell that she wasn't sure what issue was. My wife and I began telling her that her staff was on point and very efficient. We told her, how we observed the staff and it was just a wonderful experience dining at Applebee's today. She then informed us that Andre had only been on the job for 2 wks and the hostess was fairly new as well. She stated that she has been there for about 8 months and they had gotten a new head store Mgr and new changes were put in place. Great job ! It' is my first time here and the food was so good tonight. Taylor served us and despite being a party of 6, we were all so happy with her. . She is an amazing person. She made sure we were well taken care of and our food came out on time. She deserves a raise, please. Let me say my waitress was extremely patient and super nice. The restaurant was out of buns so they offered to put our burger on white bread, but because they were out of fries we could pay extra for onions rings. The other options were broccoli or mashed potatoes. They also had no ranch dressing, mozzarella sticks, lemons, limes and a few more items. I was still willing to order but when I was told that I had to order the classic combo separately and the price would be double just to get 3 items. I would have just done without the mozzarella sticks at the price of the classic combo. Instead of sitting the patrons please give them the run down next time so that they can decide upfront. We definitely would not have wasted our time looking at the menu and waiting for our order to be taken. We ended up letting my grandmother eat and we just waited to go grab fast food. I loved the unlimited boneless wings promotion. Sadly it's not available anymore. Garlic Parmesan and Honey Pepper wings are amazing.
