One of the worst Albertsons to go to in the DFW area. Today they were supposed to close at 4:00 because the Thanksgiving which is understandable when I got there they were turning people away 15 minutes till when I just had to run in and grab one or two things what a major inconvenience bad for business!
Shopping at Albertsons is always a pleasure! The employees are incredibly friendly and consistently helpful. The store boasts a fantastic selection of products, and the prices are quite reasonable. It's a go-to destination for all my grocery needs.
We buy 95% of our groceries here and have for about 13 yrs. now. We know most of the employees on a first name basis and they are always helpful and courteous. The Manager is awesome too. My only negative comment is that some of the sale items are almost always out of stock but I'm sure that's a problem with the Supply Chain.
Nice supermarket. Lots of parking and they have EVERYTHING! Costs more than Walmart though, but it looked cleaner and better organized too. I will be going back.
I love this store. Always clean and well stocked. Friendly employees. My only complaint is that there are no baggers. Well, there are, but the guy that is always there when I go, never bags. He walks in and out collecting carts, but never takes carts out for people. I've seen him walk out empty handed, to bring one cart in at a time. He'll look at you, bagging your own groceries and walk outside. I had over two hundred dollars worth of groceries, and he just passed me by bringing in one cart. I don't necessarily need help. It's always appreciated, though. But there are older people and women with kids that could use the help, I'm sure. It looked like he was training someone a couple of months ago, big mistake. Never have a slacker train someone else. You just end up with a bunch of slackers.
What a great store! Customer service is top notch! I saw a customer drop their muffins they just paid for and as they were picking them up and putting them back in the container, they were told they could go get a different one. This was very kind considering it was their own carelessness that caused the mess. Lots of beautiful produce and flowers. Lots of good options to make fancy charcuterie board.
