I have found that there is some inconsistency in the quality of food you get at the 99 Restaurants. This particular one in Waltham was pretty good. My caesar salad was big and the chicken was good. Potato skins were also really good. The rest of the meals ordered were ok. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
