Robyn is a fantastic waitress with a great personality! Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday’s, ask for Robyn! The food was too much for human consumption in one sitting, but I am sure the guys enjoy a big meal at lunch time! Those burgers are made for men! 🤣 If I was a mystery shopper, they exceeded customer service, clean restrooms, good food and a host that made us laugh upon entry! What a great team you guys have! Everything was super amazing!!!! And also later I found my I.d. And was able to find my cards… I had sent this to a do not reply… so I just needed to say it here… because my waitress was so wonderful!!!! She helped me surprise my auntie… I was so so grateful!!! And she was so so amazing!!! So here what I wrote to the do not reply I’m sorry, “Oh!!! No!!! The waitress WAS ABSOLUTELY A DOLL! It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE, on your part! As it ALWAYS IS! I was just dumb.. and left my cards somewhere… and couldn’t get through to the restaurant by phone and needed to contact someone… I LOVE 99s! I go there for your French onion soup! Wich IS ALWAYS! Delicious and hot and well prepared! Everything was fabulous… I was just checking to see if anyone had turned my cards in, my mom worked at this particular location for years when I was a kid… and this location has a very special place in my heart for sure.. I uhm go there to feel close to her…as she had passed in 2008, and everytime I go people are always so sweet and wonderful… and I was always remembered.. please don’t apologize as I was totally satisfied with the experience… I was just reaching out to see if anyone had turned in my cards… that’s all thank you for getting back to me.” Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

GOAT of local chains and this location is the pinnacle of the 9s experience. Tough to beat an XL order of gold fever wings, some potato skins and a few $2.29 bud selects and watching a game at the bar. Last visit to 99 in Woburn on Cambridge St was sub par service friendly quick. Order fish bake taco lots of rice fish resting lack of cole slaw. Lack of napkins no ask if needed more. Want keep coming back let's work on getting better. W improvement get more stars. Also wife steak was fatty Also cheeseburger brother in law bun was to small. I when last night on v day service was awesome 👍. Food was good 👍 nice visit 😁 good neighborhood place. Look like keeping eye on business 😁. Next visit u get that five star rating.
