I loved this place. Used to go 3x a week. Idk what happened but my tapioca pearls are always way overcooked and there's something off about the flavor of taro. Ig all the good employees are gone now bc I went in last week and the place was filthy. Bathrooms were a disaster, tables dirty as well as the floor and my drink, yet again, tasted horrendous. I won't be back. I used to bring my family here. I used to tell people all the time to come by and support the business but I can't now. Hopefully the owner fixes this problem. The I had a green tea with mango and guava and tapioca pearls. I have had many of these drinks from different places laces and this was the worst ever. It tasted like I was drinking honey. The tapioca pearls were awful too. The bathroom had no paper towels. It said use tissue instead. There was a tv playing very inappropriate videos. It was appalling. My daughter and her friend were with me and requested to leave because of how bad the videos were. I will never visit again.

I can't speak for the title "bubble tea," but their chai lattes are incredible. There's usually only one employee (at least at the front of house), so service may be slow if you're not the only customer there. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The tea itself had a decent flavor, however the boba did not. When I get that nice, soft chewy boba it's usually sweetened with a brown sugar sauce. The boba was flavorless but cooked nicely. I will for sure try it again!
