They have 2 types of waffles: Liege (soft) and Brussels (crispy), and of course we had to try both. Brussels is definitely my favorite one, it’s more like what I would expect waffles taste like. It’s very soft and chewy just like advertised, and we got it with berries to add some tartness. The Liege is really crunchy, and we got it with bananas to smooth out the crunch but it just ends up being kinda weird. Still good though! There wasn’t a lot of people when we got there so service was super fast and pleasant. The seating is chill and relaxed, overlooking the streets. Def a good spot to just hangout with friends. These waffles are yummyyyyy! The smell grabs you from half a street away. I followed it like a zombie walking nose first. There are only like 4 tables, so it’s hard to get space on a weekend or any popular time. You order at a kiosk which feels a little weird for a small cafe vibe and it’s not obvious unless you’ve been before and know the drill, so I was ignored by the staff for like 10 minutes before they told me I could use the kiosk. The waffles came out quickly and were so yummy, I got the classic Liege waffle with no toppings and really enjoyed the crisp edges, soft insides and balanced sugar placement. these waffles were so crispy and soft like bro!! I wish they have bigger portions!! We got one plain one, one zinnekin, one strawberry, and one banana. Lovely dessert break with lovely people. I love my girls and my brother is just 🧍🏼‍♂️
