Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life. I buy Ziggis EVERY DAY! The Manager was absolutely horrible to me. Which surprised me because everyone else has been so kind. I had questions about the app and she would not even try to help me in stead she would just continue to tell me to call corporate because she couldn’t get my points to work. After she persisted to be unhelpful. I said to just keep my drink because I’m not going to be talked to that way. She then slammed the window in my face! I will not be back 🫠
Drinks are good when they make them right. It’s pretty hit or miss lately. Plus they stopped using the bigger diameter straws, which makes it hard to drink a blender if they don’t blend it enough.

Being in the industry for 15 years, I was appalled with the customer service. I asked very very nicely for a remake. I had ordered a sugar free coffee from a different location over an hour away. Just an iced latte, nothing fancy. It wasn’t sugar free, and unfortunately I just had surgery and sugar will make me physically ill in high quantities. I asked if this location could make me a new one, though I knew it wasn’t their fault. They rudely told me that they would be charging me again for it because the stores had different owners? Ummm…. Shouldn’t we be more concerned with the satisfaction of the Ziggy’s brand, than who owns the store? And refusing to make a $7 cup of coffee that I’m positive wouldn’t have been missed? Just a thought. Also, had I not said it was from another store, who’s to say they even would have noticed? Furthermore, they didn’t even know which store I came from, maybe the owner owned that one too, you never know lol, don’t understand how it even matters anyway.
Completely dissatisfied, and angry with the help I did not receive.
