Placed an online order so we wouldn't hold up the line because we were still deciding what we wanted. Got in line and told them we had an online order. Pulled up to the window and no one acknowledged us. Finally after 15 minutes she was like oh did you guys have the mobile order? It was ready and waiting the whole time. Then they forgot one of the drinks and asked us to park so the line could keep moving. We parked and then I walked up because I knew they would forget about us again. Sure enough, the drink was sitting on the counter. And they never even apologized. Service: 1
