I had a great time trying the Zaffran's Mix Grill for two at Zaffran Jönköping. Among all the delicious options, the Joje was the best with its juicy tenderness and tasty spices, leaving a lasting impression. The quality of the food actually surprised me. I'm from Iran, and very careful to not indulge in Iranian food cause its mostly rice, which makes you feel heavy and sleepy. My time here made it hard not to indulge :) And also helpful, cheerful staff and clean, cozy restaurant overall. This is a genuine persian restaurant. Atmosphere is clean and warm with nice furnitures. I heard a home without carpets is not a home 🙂 Food is very carefully prepared from scratch and cooked with love and tastes are a very intresting experience. A starter with good green olives with pomegranate syrup, walnuts, garlic and olive oil is a combination I never had before - and I like it! Meat was in good quality and perfectly grilled. Great kind staff that explained the food and how you was supposed to eat it. Just want to go there again and again! Warmest recommendation. Zaffran located at the heart of Jönköping close to the centrum and serves good Persian food. Lunch bufee is available between 11 to 15. The food quality is high. Personnel are very friendly and polite. Decoration is also very uique and you feel you are in Iran. I strongly recommend to visit here.
