I ordered avocado toast , breakfast burritos & French toast.
The breakfast burrito was WET & had absolutely no flavor. Even the verde salsa had no taste. Needed seasoning BAD.
The avocado toast came on bread(not toasted) avocado, tomato, red onions, chopped salmon & dill spread & capers.
It would've been good if the bread was actually toasted & there wasn't a mountain of red onions... for $17 that's disappointing
The French toast was the only thing good. Plain ole French toast ... which was buy 1 get 1 free...
I spent $65 on this. Definitely waste of money

Yolk is a great chain! The food is always so good! 1st time at the Oak Park River Forest location. I got the Rickey Omelet and my partner got the Corned Beef and Eggs. Our server was super sweet. The lady who brought out our food spilled the whole tray of our food; the 1st time brought out our food. My partner got syrup all over her shirt because of the error. She definitely should have brought the table/holder tray stand for bringing out the food. I do understand mistakes happen.

Food was decent. Depends on what you get. Chicken and waffles wasn't great. The chicken was alright with the gravy but the waffles were very dry and almost like if they come frozen. The sausage is good and the bannana nut bread was also good. But overall this place is very very expensive for what it is. The presentation is nice tho. Go to a nice little diner instead. Also good luck finding parking.

Nrrakfast was very good. A five egg omelet seemed too much, so I avoided it. Bright and sunny interior. All good!
