Horrible experience - Apparently, the manager doesn't think that the customer's complaint is valid. Wrong food, dirty utensils, dirty drinkware, lousy food quality, bad service, and slow food delivery. Oh .... and wrong drinks. Worst service I've had in years, and the manager was no better. Plus, they have a very low stock of drink options at this location. I always go to the brea location, and they're amazing. This location sucks, period. I wouldn't ever advise anyone to go to this location. They need better options and staff. Oh and then the manager asked me not to "disrespect" his waiters. As if they are waiters. I thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional food, especially the BBQ chicken salad, classic hot wings, and spicy jambalaya. Amber, our server, provided friendly and outstanding customer service, tending to our table with great attentiveness. I look forward to returning. My friends n I had a reunion. It was a bit of a drive for me but so happy I went. Food was great and service excellent. Monies worth indeed. Get this, the bathrooms were clean on Friday night.
