I came in around close tonight and was starving. I hadn’t eaten all day and just go off of work, and was worried I wouldn’t be able to place an order. I asked the front cashier women, Rocio, if it was okay and she was incredibly accommodating. She helped me place my order quickly, did not take on an annoyed tone despite being in full right to do so, and informed me of a great boneless meal deal going in that saved me money. Her and the kitchen staff were stellar. I normally never leave reviews, but it was well appreciated and the food was great. i love wingstop it’s one of my favorite places but the one time i get it somewhere that isn’t my hometown they always forget something even if i ask if everything is there . i ordered like 12$ worth of veggie sticks on my 90$ order and i asked them before taking the order if everything was in the bag, i get it if i was missing like a small fry and a small veggie stick . buh i ordered 2 of everything it was a big order . i know you guys are busy and ik big orders aren’t everyone favorite but please please please make sure everything is in the bag before letting people take the orders out . i live in a different town so obviously i’m not driving 30 minutes back to get veggie sticks buh just next time please please put everything in the bag for future orders for everyone . no one deserves to be excited for food and spend that much just to be let down by things missing . make sure people want to come back.
